About StoreNest

What we do

StoreNest lets a business open and run its own online store without building or hosting software. A merchant signs up, picks a plan and gets a storefront, a merchant admin and everything needed to take and fulfil orders.

What a store includes

• A storefront with a choice of layouts and colour palettes, a product catalogue with variants, categories, search and SEO controls.
• Cart, checkout and order management with inventory, shipping and returns.
• GST-ready tax handling and invoices.
• Payments through the merchant’s own payment gateway account, plus cash on delivery. Shopper payments go to the merchant, not through StoreNest.
• Product import from CSV or Excel, customer accounts, reviews and reports.

Plans and billing

Merchants subscribe to a monthly plan. Plan prices, features and limits are shown in the pricing section of the home page. Subscriptions are billed in advance with a GST invoice for each payment. See the Refund Policy and Service Delivery Policy for details.
